The construction of the oratory dates back to 1683 to a design by Giovan Antonio Martelli di Miasino. Internally, the church preserves, behind the altar, a fresco of the Blessed Virgin taken from a local country chapel where miracles had occurred. In 2004 a restoration intervention returned the original fifteenth-century fresco.
